With a special dedication to the Hard of Hearing and signing Deaf communities, we deliver accessible and inclusive support that empowers every NDIS participant — walking alongside you with compassion and strength to turn your goals into reality.
Meet Phil
Meet Phil, an AASW registered social worker with a deep passion for empowering individuals and communities through a strengths-based, client-centered approach. With a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) from the University of Queensland and a rich background as an adult educator and Auslan interpreter, Phil brings a unique and versatile skill set to his practice in the social services sector.
With over three decades of professional experience, Phil has refined his communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills across diverse roles.
Phil’s practice is grounded in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based theories, drawing from his extensive training in suicide risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches.
He is particularly dedicated to supporting the Deaf community, Indigenous groups, and those facing homelessness or substance use challenges—ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Passionate about social justice, Phil is committed to addressing inequalities and breaking down barriers that prevent individuals from thriving.
