Meet Phil
Phil is an AASW registered social worker with a deep passion for empowering individuals and communities through a strengths-based, client-centred approach. With a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) from the University of Queensland and a rich background as an adult educator and Auslan interpreter, Phil brings a unique and versatile skill set to his practice.
With over three decades of professional experience, his practice is grounded in empathy, compassion, and evidence-based theories, drawing from extensive training in suicide risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches.
